The main objective of this project is to design and implement a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), along with the automation and robotization of analytical tasks. The ultimate goal is to reduce the organization’s production costs without reducing staff, thereby improving the company’s overall profitabiliy.

General objectives of the project:

• Comprehensive management of Iproma’s laboratory operations: Centralizing all processes into a single tool through the implmentation of anext-generation commercial LIMS system, combined with th automation and robotization of analytical techniques.
• Increased productivity and service quality: Achieving greater agility in result generation, smoother analytical workflows, and improved process management across the company.
• Enhanced competetiveness: Improving work capacity, response time, cost reduction, and resource optimization to strengthen the company’s market position.
